When the music world first heard that rock and roll legend Robert Plant and country/bluegrass sweetheart Alison Krauss were recording an album together, little could they have known that the single – Please Read The Letter would end up being the grammy award winning Record of the Year for 2009.
The former Led Zeppelin lead singer had released the single earlier with Jimmy Page in 1998, and after reworking the song for the Raising Sand album, the duo of Plant and Krauss have produced a song that is great for beginner guitarists.
